We offer 3-year from the date of the purchase for all the Veroval® devices, and 5-year warranty from the day of purchase for Veroval® duo control. Keep the receipt and we recommend that you save a scanned copy of the receipt once you have purchased a Veroval® device so you can claim back from the same point of sale.
The warranty is valid from the day of purchase and in accordance with the conditions listed in the ‘Manual’ of your devices that you can also download below.
